PPEB Press Brakes provide the ultimate in flexible automation and advanced production techniques. Servo-controlled with state-of-the-art hydraulics and electronics, the PPEB press brake is built on a rigid frame design to ensure precision. Standard machines are available in working lengths from 1,5 to 15 m (5' to 50'). Custom models are available for special applications.
PPEB-EQ is a 80 metric ton (79-ton) machine with a single-drive, four-axis backgauge system.
PPEB-5 features a two-axis backgauge with pneumatic clamping for finger placement. These press brakes are available in models ranging from 80 to 320 metric tons (79 to 315 tons).
PPEB-8, also available in models ranging from 80 to 320 metric tons (79 to 315 tons), is a five-axis machine, with a six-axis option also available.
PPEB-H provides heavy-duty machines ranging from 170 to 1800 metric tons (167 to 1772 tons), with two, four and six-axis modular backgauge options.
PPEB press brakes feature the exclusive Cadman-CNC control. This powerful Pentium-based PC control features a Windows® operating system and Cadman-B automatic programming software. The control creates and stores interactive databases for bend allowance, angle corrections and spring-back. These user-generated databases, created by actual bending results, are searched and applied each time a part program is generated. This automatic optimization eliminates trial bending and reduces the time required to produce a quality part.
