Titan Vertical Turning Machines SC 14 CNC, SC 17 CNC, SC 19 CNC, SC 22 CNC, SC 27 CNC, SC 33 CNC, SC 43 CNC, SC 53 CNC Titan TMG's initial design for vertical turning and boring mills was developed in accordance with Morando documentation. During the 1970's, agreements to purchase documentation from Japanese and, then, Czechoslovakian companies provided background for the development and manufacture of complex machine tools with maximum machining diameters to 630 inches (16 Meters) and allowable workpiece weight to 440 tons. Continued development led to a new generation of Titan TMG verticals. Machines that many would view as CNC machining centers, thanks to the multitude of operations that they can perform and to the attachments and accessories available, including automatic tool changing, tool wear and workpiece measuring devices, automatic clamping, and palletization systems. Table sizes range from 33 to 630 inches (0.8 to 16 meters). Each size is available in several height versions.

Titan Horizontal Boring Mills AF 90, AF 110, AF 120, AF 125, AF 130, AFC 130L Ceruti, Scharmann, Pama, Innse, and Toshiba provided the encouragement and background in the design and manufacture of TMG horizontal boring and milling machines. Using these classic designs as a starting platform, TMG has adopted modular concepts that facilitate custom designing of these large machines.

Titan Gantry milling machines GM-1500, GM-2000, GM-3000, GM-4000, 1500-TF, 2000-TF, 3000-TF TMG offers a full line of large, CNC gantry type milling machines. Machines are available with traditional floor plate and mobile gantry, as well as special gantry mills with integral turntable providing heavy duty turning capabilities. TMG machines can be equipped with multiple heads, including CNC controlled side heads. In special cases, dual gantries have been provided. TMG machines are available with a large variety of special tools and accessories; most of which are automatically changeable. This provides a machine of high flexibility for machining large, complex workpieces. When using the bi-rotary milling head, the machine can operate in CNC on 5 axes simultaneously.
