UNION K / KC 150 machine meets any and all demands in large-size part machining
The planer or cross-bed design of the 150 series features plenty of possibilities of delivery and is particularly suitable for multi-sided machining or large and bulky parts with swivel diameters of up to 4 m and weights of up to 25 tons, optionally up to 40 tons.
The various tables are supported by independent beds on foundation to achieve high machining accuracy.
The large span of versions is completed by the integration of various tool, pallet, and accessory changer.
The headstock can be delivered in two power versions – either in standard design of 46 kW or 60 kW with a maximum torque of 3000 Nm. Manually pivoting, automatically positioning milling heads controllable in two NC-axes ensure five-sided or contour machining of highly complicated parts. This UNION machine meets any and all demands in large-size part machining.
