Global 20 / 20-ton punching machine
The Global 20 is a 20-ton punching machine designed to maximize uptime with features like a 30-station servo-driven turret, programmable work clamps, automation capabilities, up to four auto-index stations and a programmable drop door.
The hydraulic press drive provides fully programmable stroke profiles and the exclusive Smart Stroke® feature for high performance punching.
Tables can be equipped with a combination of brushes and roller balls or a full brush tabletop for superior sheet support and smooth, quiet, scratch-free operation. The punch presses are also equipped with a 500 x 450 mm programmable drop door to facilitate parts removal.
A state-of-the-art, PC-based GE-Fanuc 180i control speeds set-up and provides powerful features such as diagnostics, increased program storage capacity of up to one gigabyte, and networking capability.

Global 1215
The Global 1215 handles workpiece sizes up to 1524 x 1250 mm (60" x 49.2"). The machine provides high production rates of 440 strokes per minute with up to 1000 hits per minute in continuous nibble mode.
Global 1515
The 1515 model has a larger table to handle workpieces up to 1524 x 1524 mm (60" x 60"). Maximum axis speed is 125 m/min (4920 IPM).
Global 1225
The Global 1225 handles sheet sizes up to 2500 x 1250 mm (98.2" x 49.2") with a maximum axis speed of 110 m/min (4330 IPM). This model of Global is standard with three programmable work clamps.
Global 1525
For large sheet applications, the Global 1525 accepts workpieces up to 2500 x 1524 mm (98.2" x 60"). The 1525 machine maintains production rates of 350 hits per minute on one-inch centers and up to 900 hits per minute in continuous nibble mode.
