V56 MAKINO Vertical Machining Center

The spindle adopts Makino's highly acclaimed spindle core cooling and under race lubrication system, which reduces vibration at high operating speeds and prevents spindle thermal distortion even during long hours of operation. This results in longer tool life and superior machined surface accuracy.
Stable machine attitude.
The bed and column are covered with insulation to minimize the effect of shop temperature changes. With no overhangs in any axis, the machine is ideally built for high-accuracy machining.
Operator-friendly design.
Outstanding accessibility enables the operator to assume a comfortable posture when checking the tool in the spindle or the machined surface of the workpiece on the table.
Quick and reliable chip removal.
A 6-nozzle coolant supply device, an air blower and through-spindle coolant and air discharges reliably flush chips through the outlets below the table for quick removal from the machine by two built-in, high-speed conveyors.
Designed for energy and space savings.
The power supply of the hydraulic pressure unit and the lubrication unit is automatically turned off when they are not in use. The V56 features a compact footprint that installs in 23% less floor space than previous machines.
