The spindle accelerates quickly to reach its top speed of 12,000 min-1 in just 1.1 sec. Because the spindle facilitates rigid tapping at 4,000 min-1, it is remarkably effective in reducing machining times for high-volume parts.
Fast chip removal
Base coolant is discharged through the center chip trough positioned directly under the table at a rate of 100 L/minute to flush chips quickly from the machine. The spindle is fitted with eight coolant nozzles and a through-spindle coolant system to remove chips from the machining point cleanly and reliably.
Superior operating ease
The control panel is adopted the swing type which rotates 180 degrees and positioned on the operator's left side to ensure superior operating ease.
Substantial specification at a low price
A through-spindle coolant system, overhead shower coolant system, lift-up chip conveyor, pallet changer safety cover and many more features are all standard equipment.
