TORNOS DECO 13bi
The DECO 2000 family has increased and its market target has widened.
At SIMODEC, Tornos revealed a new concept; the Deco 13Bi, developed and based on the Deco 2000 concept but aimed at the simpler components.
A rational and economic way to make simpler components cheaper than on the Deco 13a, by making the middle complexity components at a lower production rate on a lower cost machine, or by being able to make the simpler components at the same production rate on a lower cost machine.
An integrated barloader assists the machine to benefit from all the advantages of the Deco 13a by:
- Rationalisation of build components
- Standardisation of tooling and options
- PNC Deco integration
- Simultaneous programming of 6 axes (instead of 10)
A 6 axes machine but with the capability of front turning, end working, power tooling operations at the guidebush and full sub-spindle.
