Powerful CNC universal turning machine with crown-type turret
- Rigid and precise work spindles
- A powerful AC servo motor with two-speed gearbox for the toughest materials
- Safeguard against tool collision due to the TRAUB crown-type turret with 12 tool mounting bores and driven tools at each position
- Optional twin-turret version: a second crown-type turret with 8 external turning tools
- Two C-axis variants (with its own servo motor or via main motor and spindle brake) for drilling and milling operations at the desired work piece positions
- Tailstock with hydraulic clamping, infinitely variable support pressure for the quill. Positioning: the option of hydraulic coupling to the upper longturning slide or control by an additional NC-axis
- Several steadies for shaft work (fixed or equipped with an independent NC axial drive)
- Has the option of being fitted out for automatic production
