UNION K / KC / KCU 130 machine meets any and all demands in large-size part machining.
The planer or cross-bed design features plenty of possibilities of delivery and is particularly suitable for multi-sided machining or large and bulky parts with swivel diameters of up to 4 m and weights of up to 25 tons.
The various tables are supported by independent beds on foundation to achieve high machining accuracy.
The large span of versions is completed by the integration of various tool, pallet, and accessory changers. The headstock can be delivered in two versions – either in projected milling spindle or integrated facing head design. Manually pivoting, automatically positioning milling heads controllable in two NC-axes ensure five-sided or contour machining of highly complicated parts. This UNION machine meets any and all demands in large-size part machining.
